Standard 30-Day Policy (Within India)

1. Free alterations, exchanges, or refunds (as applicable) are offered within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Fulfillment Options:
   1. Bring your garment to any of our physical stores.
   2. Request a complimentary home pickup within the 30-day window.

After 30 Days (Post-Window Period)

• Paid Alterations: After the initial 30-day period, alterations are chargeable at a flat fee based on the required service.
  • Minor Alteration: INR 500 per garment
  • Collar, Cuff, or Placket (CCP) Replacement: INR 700 per shirt
  • Monogramming: INR 300 to add / INR 700 to remove (requires panel replacement)
  • Button Replacement: INR 300 per shirt

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Garments

1. Alteration Limits: RTW garments are not eligible for alterations, with the sole exception of garment length adjustments (available in-store only).
2. Return & Exchange Requirements: RTW items are accepted for return or exchange only if:
   1. The garment is unused and unwashed.
   2. All original tags remain intact.

Key Terms & Exclusions

1. Quality Check: We reserve the right to decline any return that fails our internal quality check.
2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the garment.
3. Sale Items: No alterations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on Sale items.
4. International Orders: Alterations, exchanges, and refunds are not available for customers outside India.
